Eligibility

• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Residency: Participants must be a legal resident of Pennsylvania (PA), New Jersey (NJ), or New York (NY). Ensure you have valid proof of residency if required for verification.
• Entry Limit: Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

• Consent: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions of LightMaster Studios, which are final in all matters related to the giveaway.

Entry Period
The giveaway begins on August 20th at 12 noon EST and concludes at 4pm EST on the same day. All entries must be received within this time frame to be considered valid.

How to Enter
Participants must apply through the official LightMaster Studios website at https://lightmaster.photography/. Ensure all required information is complete and accurate upon submission. Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.

Prizes
The winner will receive:

• Engagement Photo Session: A 60-minute outdoor location engagement session with a professional photographer from LightMaster Studios.
• Make-up Session: A professional make-up session to ensure you look your best for the photoshoot. The prize must be redeemed and used within 12 months of claiming. Any unclaimed or unused portion of the prize after this period will be forfeited.

Winner Selection and Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random using an online generator. The selection process is unbiased and purely based on chance, ensuring a fair opportunity for all participants. The winner will be announced during the show. Following the announcement, the winner will be notified either by phone or email, or both, based on the contact information provided during entry.

Publicity
By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees and grants LightMaster Studios permission to use their name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical details, and any information submitted through the contest entry, for publicity purposes, worldwide in any media including online and social media platforms, without any payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, announcing the winner's name on social media, LightMaster Studios' official website, and in any related promotional materials.

• Data Collection: By participating in the giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree that LightMaster Studios will collect, store, and use the personal information they provide during the contest entry process for the purposes of administering the contest and prize fulfillment.

Claiming Prizes
Winners must claim their prizes by contacting LightMaster Studios either via phone or email within 48 hours of the announcement. If the prize is not claimed within the specified 48-hour window, a new winner will be drawn. This process will continue until a winner has been successfully contacted and the prize is claimed.

Limitations and Restrictions

• The prize must be claimed within 48 hours of the winner announcement. Failure to do so will result in a re-draw for a new winner.
• Once claimed, the prize must be used within 12 months. Any unused portion of the prize after this period will be forfeited.
• The photo and makeup session must be scheduled 45-60 days in advance.
• The session will be scheduled on a day when both the makeup artist and photographer are available. It's the responsibility of the winner to coordinate and finalize a suitable date.
• Cancellation: If the winner cancels the scheduled session less than 14 days before the session date, they may forfeit the prize or be subject to rescheduling fees.
• Emergency Postponement: In the event of an emergency, the winner can request to postpone the scheduled session. This request must be made at least 48 hours before the session date. Failure to provide 48 hours' notice may result in rescheduling fees or potential forfeiture of the prize. Documentation or proof of the emergency may be required at the discretion of LightMaster Studios.
• The outdoor photo session will take place at a location agreed upon by both the winner and LightMaster Studios. Travel expenses will be applied for locations outside a 50-mile radius of LightMaster Studios' primary headquarters in Hawley, PA.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• The winner must cooperate with the photographer and makeup artist to ensure a smooth and successful session. This includes punctuality

, following guidelines, and being open to suggestions.

Disputes

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and LightMaster Studios in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
• Agreement to Resolve Disputes Through Arbitration: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the giveaway, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in Pennsylvania, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
